For more than 45 years Supatex has lead the way in the international latex fashion business. 

From London in the Swinging 60’s to today’s global internet age, Supatex has always delivered the very highest quality of latex sheeting. In this growing and exciting market we have become the supplier of choice to the world’s leading designers and artists, with all material made on site at our headquarters in the Midlands in the UK. 

At Supatex, we are constantly developing our range to stay ahead of the crowd. We aim to have the broadest possible range of colours, finishes and thicknesses and if it isn’t in our range we will try to make it for you. We use only the very highest grades of raw materials and have very stringent quality control to ensure that our materials are of the highest quality.

What Makes Our Material Special? The 4d Badge

Using 4D technology, our unique manufacturing process results in a fantastic range of material in terms of colour, finish and feel. Uniquely, our material is textured on one side to make for easier and much more secure bonding and gluing. We have unique formulations, developed by our team of rubber technologists over many years. 

They are optimised to give the best shine, tear strength and stretch characteristics but we are always developing new materials and colours. We also use specialist grades of low protein latex to minimise the risk of any reactions. All material is carefully inspected and we are fully ISO accredited. 

However, it is our customers who have the highest expectations and we always striving to exceed them. The Four D technology badge is a stamp of manufacturing excellence as it represents our use of the best natural ingredients, innovative processes leading to the highest quality material characteristics. 

At Four D we have complete, in house control over all key steps from rubber formulation through manufacture to finishing and presentation. We use unique, proprietary technology at every stage. This ensures that the inherent properties of latex are preserved and enhanced in all of our sheeting and products.
